Our three-phase process makes the perfect rug. It captures your spatial requirements, how often the rug will be used, and whether the project is residential or commercial.
Idea & Concept
From the brief you and your designer give us at the first meeting, we select from our in-house design library and amend it until the concept matches your vision.
Design & Create
We present the first draft, then meet again for redrafts until you are satisfied. Production then takes 12 to 20 weeks depending on the quality you order.
Deliver & Install
Within the Cape Town and Johannesburg regions our dedicated team delivers and installs your custom rug once manufacturing is complete.

We get to know your needs and preferences, then show you a selection of our existing designs.

Once the design and colour are chosen, we visualise your finished rug so you can see it before production.
Approval
We continue with design revisions until you are completely satisfied.
Development
On your approval, the 12 to 20 week production process begins. Every rug is made entirely by hand.
Delivery
Your hand-made rug is delivered to you. Within Cape Town and Johannesburg we deliver and install it for you.
