Mae Artisan Rugs is a retail business that sells a range of interior flooring goods.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders are processed within 7 to 14 days, and delivery is confirmed by email. Where courier or postal services are used, any associated costs are noted on your order confirmation.
The provision of goods and services by Mae Artisan Rugs is subject to availability. Where an item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or refund you in full within 30 days. Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods, and refunds are processed after we inspect the goods, provided they are in as-new condition with no furniture marks, stains, or damage of any kind. Cancellation of an order by the customer is subject to a handling fee of 10%. See our refund policy for full details.
Mae Artisan Rugs takes all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, or bank transfer into the Mae Artisan Rugs bank account, the details of which are provided on request.
Card transactions are acquired for Mae Artisan Rugs via Peach Payments (Pty) Ltd, the approved payment gateway for all South African acquiring banks. Peach Payments uses the strictest form of encryption, Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3), and no card details are stored on this website.
