Treat
A special micro-bacterial chemical is sprayed onto the affected areas of the rug.
React
We give the chemical a short time to react fully with the pet urine in the fibres.
Extract
An industrial extraction machine draws the stains and marks back out of the pile.
Treat Surrounds
Because urine spreads beneath the rug, we treat the area surrounding the visible stain too.
Rinse
Finally the stain-removal solution is rinsed completely out of the rug with water.
