We aim to work closely with decorators and clients to fulfill their specific needs, in order to create a rug perfectly suited to the space, taste and budget. From a bespoke design made entirely by hand to cleaning, repair and protection for a rug you already love, our team is here for every part of the journey.

We strive to stock a range that suits every scenario and space, but we know that is not always possible. We work closely with clients and decorators to create a custom rug built for your space, your taste and your budget.

Custom rug design
Bring your vision to life on your own custom rug
Even when our range cannot meet a specific brief, our three-phase process makes the perfect rug. We capture your spatial requirements, how often the rug will be used, and whether the project is residential or commercial, then translate it into a hand-made piece of your own.
We select from our in-house design library and amend it to your brief, present and redraft until you are satisfied, then move into production, which takes 12 to 20 weeks depending on the quality ordered.
Rug care services
Keep the rug you love at its best
Does your favourite rug need a little care, or maybe a lot of it? Our cleaning service protects and prolongs the life of a hand-made rug by lifting the stains, odours and particles embedded in the pile. It is fast, easy and affordable, and after one cleaning you will not know we were there.
Beyond cleaning, our team handles repair, restoration and stain protection, so a hand-knotted heirloom or a hand-woven kelim keeps its colour and character for a lifetime.
